🌿 안녕하세요, 유정은 심리상담사 입니다. 저는 미국 미주리 주립대에서 상담심리학 석사를 마쳤고, 현재 캐나다 BCACC (RCC: Registered Clinical Counsellor) 와 한국상담학회에 등록 되어 있습니다. 미국, 한국, 캐나다에서 우울과 조울 및 기분 장애, 트라우마, 강박 및 불안, 자존감, 관계 문제, 성격 문제, 난민과 이민자가 겪는 타문화 적응에 따른 스트레스, 학업 및 직장 스트레스, 가족 문제, 자기개발, 분노, 성정체성, 중독, 조현병 등으로 어려움을 겪는 다양한 분들에게 개인상담, 집단 상담, 그리고 심리교육을 진행해 왔습니다.

현재는 주로 만 15세이상 청소년과 성인을 대상으로 개인상담을 제공합니다. 상담을 시작하시기 전에 상담에 대한 궁금증이 있으시다면, 20분 무료 상담이 가능합니다. 하단의 버튼을 통해서 필요에 맞게 상담 예약을 진행해 주시면 됩니다.

⏰ 취소 규정: 예약된 시간은 내담자님 만을 위해 마련된 시간입니다. 그렇기 때문에 너무 임박해서 예약을 취소하시면, 다른 내담자님이 그 시간을 이용할 수 없습니다. 따라서 예약 취소나 변경은 최소 48시간 전에 미리 알려주시기 바랍니다. 48시간 이내에 취소하거나 예약 시간을 지키지 않으실 경우, 전체 비용이 부과됩니다.

I am a registered clinical counsellor(RCC) of BCACC and completed MA in Counselling and Guidance (APA Accredited) at the University of Missouri- Kansas City US. The specialty areas that I have worked in are anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, anger management, relationship issues, life transitions, family separation, addiction, LGBTQ2S+, and schizophrenia. I work with teenagers and adults and offer individual counselling. I also provide a 20-minute free consultation. You can schedule a counselling session according to your needs by clicking the button below.

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full fee of the appointment.

From birth to death, we constantly move between the spectrum of stability and fragility. No one’s always firm, and no one’s always vulnerable. No one’s entirely powerless or one hundred percent stoic in the face of challenging circumstances. Counselling cannot immediately alter the external factors of your situation, but it can encourage a better response from you. I wish, through counselling, through our collaborative work, you will find opportunities for growth and change.

I work with youths and adults and I am open to working with immigrants and refugees, including those from Korea who might feel more comfortable speaking in Korean. I take an integrative approach and my counselling session is rooted in client-centered therapy. I use multiple techniques from CBT, gestalt, mindfulness, existentialism, and strength-based therapy.
